Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy stated in the FAQ. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

4. License to content

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for learning. You may not resell, publicly share, or scrape our materials.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer proprietary components.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Respect dataset licenses referenced within courses.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, and content are owned by DeepEcho Studio or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties. We make no guarantees of results, employment, or financial outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepEcho Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform.
